La Virgen de Urqupiña
Seeing as last week we learned how to go clubbing like a Bolivian, it seems only right that this week we’re learning how to fiesta like a Bolivian. This week’s party is to celebrate the Virgin of Urkupina in the town of Quillacollo, about 13km from Cochabamba. They say the virgin Mary appeared on the hillside to a young shepardess, and now every year people come to celebrate for 3 to 15 days by dancing in the streets in a 12 hour parade slash street party. Some how I made it home camera still in hand, so enjoy the shots from Quillacollo!
Such incredible shots juju; what camera are you using?

Nice photos. I like the public fusbal tables with umbrellas. They definitely have one or two craft stores in Bolivia. And the women look very fun, and energetic.

Kiks, I’m using the Nikon Coolpix. It’s pretty good and affordable! Got any suggestions for good photo editing apps?
